How do I restore purchases?
Clawder uses consumable in-app purchases (Meow Bucks), which cannot be restored across devices by either store's purchase-restoration mechanism. Your balance is stored locally on your device.
I lost my game progress. Can you restore it?
Game data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your save data and cannot restore it. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, your progress may be permanently lost.
How do I earn Meow Bucks?
Meow Bucks are earned through gameplay — clearing lines, completing levels, and finishing daily challenges. The more you play, the more you earn. You can also purchase Meow Bucks packs in the in-game shop if you want to accelerate. There are no ads, no pay-to-win, and no loot boxes — everything that affects how you play is earnable through gameplay.
How do lives work?
You receive 9 lives per day, which reset at midnight. Additional lives can be purchased with Meow Bucks in the Pet Store.
What are power-ups and how do I use them?
Power-ups are special abilities you can activate during gameplay. Scratch removes a single square, Purr Power clears a full row or column, and Cat Nap swaps your current pieces for a fresh set. You earn power-up charges through gameplay and can spend Meow Bucks to recharge them.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are processed by the store you installed from, so refunds are requested there. iOS: visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. Android: request a refund through Google Play.
Is my data collected?
No ads, and nothing that identifies you. Clawder uses TelemetryDeck for privacy-first analytics: no hardware device identifiers, no IP address, no advertising IDs, and no tracking across other apps. It does create one anonymous identifier tied only to your installation, so we can count how many people play — it is a non-reversible salted hash, cannot be traced back to you, and is deleted when you uninstall.
